If you have a specific reason and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please be aware that the Chameleon 8 AWG (“AWG”) will produce more water in higher humidity locations. It is the responsibility of the consumer to acknowledge these variances in water production efficiency upon purchase of the AWG.
You have 20 calendar days to return the AWG from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your AWG must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your AWG must be in the original packaging.
Your AWG needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your AWG, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the AWG.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Items Not Eligible
Any AWG that was bought through a third party or any AWG that has damage or obvious misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be adjusted for factory authorized sales of an AWG.
